Rice properties llc provides an average level of service. Their property management services are adequate, but nothing exceptional. I have found them to be reliable in handling maintenance requests and keeping up with property inspections. However, communication can be improved as it can sometimes take a while to hear back from them. Overall, they are an okay company to work with.
