I have been a customer of Shadow Software, Inc. for several years now and I can confidently say that their services are average. The company provides reliable software solutions, but I feel that their products lack innovation. Their customer support is responsive, but could be more helpful. Overall, I would rate Shadow Software, Inc. as an average company.
