It s hit or miss but I really want to like this place. We order 6 times a month on average with about a third of those orders being incorrect once we receive. But it s a GREAT option from all the terrible fried food available in the area. I just wish they used meat that wasn t prone to listeria-meaning oven roasted vs mechanically separated meats but the food expectations on the south side tend to be sub par anyway. I appreciate that there is a veggie option on menu and the people that work there seem to be very nice albeit occasionally ineffective in paying attention to detail.
