I had an average experience working with Andrew Saft. While he was knowledgable and guided me through the home buying process, I felt that he could have been more responsive and proactive in providing updates. Additionally, there were a few issues that arose during the transaction that I felt could have been handled better. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but I think there is room for improvement.
