Dear Harvey's,
I am a regular customer in this restaurant. Currently, I have noticed that there is a cashier in the night shift called "Ana". Could you ask her to serve people with a nicer attitude? If she does not fix her attitude, I believe the restaurant will eventually lose some vulnerable customers.
