I recently tried Bounce America and I have to say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was simple. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the bounce houses. They didn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned between uses. Overall, it was an okay experience.
