They went above and beyond to help us get a second life out of a 10 year sign that was acquired as part of a purchased property. We couldn't communicate with the sign and it was stuck on all the previous programming. American LED pulled strings and spent many hours to give us a solution to this problem. After replacing some critical parts in the sign and working with American LED, I am happy to say that we can now communicate with sign. We look forward to getting more years of use out of it thanks to American LED Technology.
