I must say that Palimpseste is an average company. The services they provide are satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and took longer than expected to resolve my issues. Overall, an average experience.
