I recently joined a new gym and I am really happy with my decision. The facilities at Off The Couch are great, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I have seen a significant improvement in my fitness level since I started working out here. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to get fit.
