Ibs Tax Service is an average company. Their service is okay, but nothing exceptional. I had my taxes done with them last year and there were no major issues. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I felt like they could have been more knowledgeable about certain tax deductions. Overall, I would say they are a decent option for tax preparation.
