I recently signed up for waste management services through wastemanagement.com and have had a decent experience so far. The pickup is usually on time, and the waste is properly disposed of. However, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the customer service. Sometimes the representatives are helpful, while at other times they seem disorganized. The service could definitely use some improvement in that aspect.
