I've had mixed experiences with Omam. Some aspects of their service were average, while others were great. Overall, I would say Omam is an average company to work with. The website, omam.com.au, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer support could be improved. The response time is slow, and sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution to my queries. I hope Omam can work on these areas and provide a better customer experience.
