JB Global is an average company. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They took quite a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. I expected better from a company of their size and reputation. Overall, my experience with JB Global was just okay.
