I am very pleased with Pilates By Irina, LLC. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They create a safe and supportive environment for all levels of fitness. The studio is clean and well-maintained. I have seen great improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being since starting classes here. Highly recommended!
