I recently had the pleasure of using Broads Travel for my vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was okay and they were able to book my flights and hotel without any issues. However, I was not impressed with their tour guide who seemed unenthusiastic and lackluster. Overall, it was an average experience.
