I had a pretty average experience with Spicer. The website was easy to navigate and the overall user interface was decent. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. They took quite a long time to respond to my inquiries and their answers were not very helpful. I was expecting better service considering the price I paid. Overall, it was an okay experience.
