State Trustees is an average company. I recently had the opportunity to work with them and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a few instances where their responsiveness could have been improved. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information. However, I think there is room for improvement in their customer service department. Overall, I would rate them as average.
