My experience at WARD, MARSHALL E OD was average. The staff was professional, but I found the waiting time to be longer than expected. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered my questions, but I didn't feel a personal connection. The selection of glasses was decent, but I wish there were more options. Overall, an okay experience.
