I recently hired this plumbing company to fix a leak in my bathroom. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional. However, the repair took longer than expected, and there were some communication issues with the office regarding the billing. In the end, the leak was fixed, but I was left feeling a bit frustrated with the overall experience. The website is well-organized and provides a lot of useful information, which I appreciated. However, I hope they can improve their communication and streamline their billing process in the future. Overall, the service was average, and I would consider giving them another chance in the future. 🙂
