😐 I recently hired Mel Kelley Design Build LLC to remodel my basement. While they were professional and completed the work within the agreed timeframe, I was disappointed with some aspects of the project. There were a few miscommunications and the attention to detail could have been better. Overall, the final outcome was average but not exceptional.
