I recently tried Swat fuel products, and I have mixed feelings about them. The pre-workout did provide some energy, but I didn't notice any significant difference in my workouts. The protein powder tasted good, but the consistency was a bit lumpy. The website was easy to use, though, and the shipping was fast. Overall, an average experience.
