My experience with the company's services was okay. They helped me out with my medical concepts, but I was not completely blown away by their work. There were a few communication issues, and sometimes it felt like they were not fully understanding what I wanted. However, they did deliver within the agreed timeline, so I appreciate that. Overall, an average experience.
