I recently visited Heartland Ice and I must say it was an average experience. The ice cream flavors were good, but nothing extraordinary. The ambiance of the place was also just okay. It was a decent place to hang out with friends, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. The staff was friendly and helpful though.
