I had a mixed experience with the Easyhotel plc. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the customer service was lacking. I encountered some issues during my stay, and the staff was not very helpful in resolving them. It was quite disappointing, as I had heard good things about the company. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
