I recently used the services of The Spa Mechanic, INC and I must say it was an average experience. The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. However, I was not overly impressed with the quality of their work. The repairs they performed on my spa were satisfactory, but I expected better considering their reputation. Overall, it was just an average experience for me.
