I recently purchased a live streaming set up from this company and overall, I found their products to be fairly decent. The quality and performance of the equipment met my expectations, but I did encounter a few technical glitches during set up which were a bit frustrating. The customer service was responsive and helped resolve the issues, which I appreciated. 🎥 In terms of pricing, I found it to be reasonable for the quality of the products. However, I do hope that they can work on improving the user-friendliness of their equipment and providing clearer setup instructions. Overall, I would say it's an average experience with room for improvement.
