I have found Klein Hersh International to be an average company to work with. The recruitment process was straightforward and efficient. However, there were some aspects of the company that could be improved. The communication between the recruiters and the candidates could have been better, as there were times when I felt left in the dark. Additionally, the salary negotiation process was not as smooth as I had hoped. Overall, my experience with Klein Hersh International was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
