I had an average experience with Excitement Video, Inc. The website, excitementvideo.net, was easy to navigate, but I expected a larger selection of videos. The customer service was good, but nothing exceptional. While the quality of the videos I purchased was decent, it didn't exceed my expectations. Overall, it was an average experience.
