The service at Kenneth K Sakazaki, O D INC is average. The staff was friendly and the wait time was reasonable. However, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of the glasses I purchased. The frames were flimsy and the lenses were not as clear as I had hoped. Overall, an average experience.
