I had an average experience with Toy Go Round, INC. The website etoygoround.com was easy to use, and I found a toy that I liked. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and the customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. The toy itself was of good quality, but the overall experience was just average. I would consider trying other toy companies in the future.
