🧘‍♂️🌱 I had an incredible time at Ayurveda Yoga Ashram. The yoga retreat was a transformative experience. The teachings were enlightening and the instructors were very supportive. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The food was delicious and nutritious. I left the retreat feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Highly recommended!
