I had a great experience with Ayurveda Yoga Ashram. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The yoga classes were excellent and helped me improve my flexibility and strength. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Ayurveda Yoga Ashram to anyone looking for an authentic yoga retreat.
