I recently joined an Aikido class and I am thoroughly enjoying it. The techniques taught are effective and the instructors are experienced. I appreciate the focus on discipline and the positive atmosphere in the dojo. It's a great place to learn self-defense and improve physical fitness. Highly recommended!
