I had a mixed experience at 12 Oak Mansion. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and tranquility. However, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't provide the level of attentiveness I expected. The rooms were clean, but I feel the overall experience could have been better.
