Receptionist Erica has very little patients with customers. Tried transferring me to the production manager twice and I sat on hold for 10 minutes then 5 minutes. When I called back the third time, she tried blaming me saying it was my fault for not waiting long enough. Tread lightly with her. Good print shop though, besides Erica.
