I have been a customer of The Ideas Group for over a year now and I must say their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but there is room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive, but at times I have had to wait longer than expected for a resolution. Overall, I would rate The Ideas Group as an average company.
