I have been a customer of George Balderose for several years and I must say that their service is just average. While they have a decent selection of instruments, I have found their prices to be a bit high compared to other music stores. The staff is generally helpful, but not overly friendly. Overall, I would say that George Balderose is an okay place to shop for musical instruments.
