I had the opportunity to engage with Richmond Wellbeing, and I have to say it was a disappointing experience. The level of service was below acceptable standards. The staff seemed uninterested and lacked empathy. Overall, I would not recommend Richmond Wellbeing to anyone seeking quality mental health support.
