I had an average experience with Higher Standard Off-Road LLC. While their website was easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. The quality of their products was also just average. I was expecting something more durable and long-lasting. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
