I thought it was over!!!! I was probably this close *insert photo of my hand with my index finger and my thumb skin to skin* to throwing away my computer. You have no idea how long I was on the phone with Toshiba support about my laptop giving me problems. After I spoke to some gentleman in Jamaica (extremely heavy accent) I was finally referred my him to Impact Computers and Electronics. My order was placed, and I received the part in a couple of days. I'm not one to comment or post reviews for companies because I think it's time consuming, but I had to share the excitement. Thanks to Impact Computers, and some friendly employee named Ralph from there, I was able to replace the system-board that needed replacing, and my laptop is working like a racehorse. I have a gambling problem, so I won't bet that it will beat your computer though!
