I just had an average experience with letsplanevent.com. The team was responsive, but I expected more creativity and attention to detail. The decorations were fine, but they didn't bring anything extraordinary to the event. The overall planning process was smooth, but I felt that they could have done more to make the event stand out. I would consider using them again, but with lower expectations.
