I have been a customer of Securite Assurance for many years and I must say that their services have been average at best. While they are reliable in terms of coverage, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There have been multiple instances where I have had to wait on hold for a long time or deal with unhelpful representatives. Overall, I would say that they are just an average insurance company.
