I am a customer of Opteck and I must say that their services are average. While they do have a user-friendly website and a decent range of trading options, I have found their customer support to be lacking. The response time is slow, and often I am left waiting for hours for a simple query to be addressed. The overall trading experience is okay, but definitely room for improvement.
