As a customer of Mere Software, Inc., I have to say that my experience has been average. The website is functional, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and design. The customer service team is responsive, but sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, Mere Software, Inc. gets the job done, but they could definitely step up their game.
