I have recently discovered an organization called Intermountain PKU and Allied Disorders Association. They provide excellent support and information for individuals and families affected by PKU. The resources available on their website are extensive and very informative. The support group meetings and events are welcoming and provide a great sense of community. I highly recommend checking out go-ipad.org if you need support or information related to PKU and allied disorders.
