I've been using Architectural Carpentry Materials for my projects, and while their products are generally good, there have been a few instances where the quality didn't meet my expectations. The customer service team was responsive and resolved the issues promptly, but it's still disappointing to receive subpar materials. I hope ACM can improve their quality control to maintain their reputation.
