I had an average experience with Down Dog Fitness LLC. Their website downdogfitness.com is easy to navigate and provides all the information I needed. The trainers were knowledgeable and friendly. However, I felt that the workout sessions were not challenging enough for my fitness level. Overall, I would say it was an average fitness experience.
