These guys were able to diagnose my laptop problem, and help me sort it out at a very reasonable price. I had taken my computer to best buy and they couldn't give me a timeline, and the Geeksquad were completely unhelpful. When I went into RK, they listened to my issue, gave me a good price, were timely and able to help. They also have a great selection of desktops, so when I'm done with this laptop, I can get a sick gaming computer.
