I have had a mixed experience with Columbus Park Plaza INC. While the apartments are spacious and well-designed, the maintenance team needs improvement. The noise levels can be quite high, especially during the weekends. The location is convenient, but there have been some issues with parking availability. Overall, it's an average place to live.
