AMAZING customer service. Not only did I get a "real person" to help with my order, this guy stayed on top of the order all the way. Got in my hard-to-find part and got it shipped in time for Christmas. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this vendor! Too bad there's not a 10-star option for rating, because these guys deserve it!
